This is a fine wine with exceptional aromatics. Notes of charcuterie, clove, melted licorice, blue fruits, and menthol dominate. Subtle oak tannins weave through, enhancing the overall richness. The finish delights with raspberry candy and spice. Despite the warmth of the year, the wine's handling remains commendable.

This is the ambitious project of Turon and Alex White. Turon's experience working for several small wineries during university, combined with his international winemaking stints in Oregon and Hungary, underscored the potential of diverse site climates in the Adelaide Hills. This exposure shaped his meticulous, minimal-intervention approach to winemaking. In 2017, they established a small winery in Lenswood and later planted a low-yielding, high-density vineyard in 2020. Their vineyard practices prioritize biodynamic and organic principles. Currently, their 1-hectare vineyard exclusively grows pinot noir, featuring Abel, Pommard, MV6, and 777 clones.
