Alkoomi name their flagship wines after different trees located in the Great Southern region; Wandoo, Jarrah, Melaleuca and this Cabernet Blend which is called Blackbutt. Cabernet Sauvignon 59%, Malbec 30%, Cabernet Franc 8%, Merlot 3% all fermented in open tops before maturation for 20 months in French oak.Â
