Shipping Policy

We offer Australian Wide shipping.

How long will my order take?

Adelaide Metro: Within one day of despatch (business days only).

Sydney Metro: Delivered 2-3 days after despatch (business days only).

Brisbane Metro: Delivered 3-4 days after despatch (business days only).

Melbourne Metro: Delivered 1-2 days after despatch (business days only).

Perth Metro: Delivered 5-6 days after despatch (business days only).

The Rest of Australia: Delivered 2-6 days after despatch (business days only).

Do you ship outside of the Australia?

Unfortunately, no.

Can my wine be delivered before Christmas?

Be sure to place your orders before December 16th to ensure delivery before Christmas.

How do I cancel an order before it is shipped?

If you cancel an order after we have shipped it we'll process the refund once the stock has been recovered and is returned. This may take up to a week because once a package has entered the postal system it can take some time for it to get turned around and sent back to us.

Do you offer Click and Collect for my order?

Yes. The National Wine Centre of Australia is located adjacent to the Botanic Gardens on the corner of Botanic and Hackney Roads in Adelaide.

Enter either via the pedestrian entrance on Botanic Road, the extension to North Terrace or from our main entrance on Hackney Road.

You can select the “Pickup from National Wine Centre” option as your shipping method during the checkout process. Pickup is free and our opening hours can be found here. Your order will be packed within 1-2 days of ordering and you will be notified when it is ready collect from Guest Services.
