It displays a deep sienna brown color with an olive-green tint. The nose offers intense aromas of toffee and honey, along with notes of Christmas cake, marmalade, and subtle tea. The mouthfeel is thick and viscous, with rich flavors of toffee, honeyed raisin, and marmalade enveloping the palate. The finish reveals lingering hints of caramel and molasses. The spirit is well-balanced, with a long, syrupy aftertaste.
