Hand picked a little riper than the two previous vintages. 50% whole bunch with 50% crushed on top. 300L Saignéed to new French oak for ferment. Saignéed portion blended back. Then pressed back to new oak and rest to old. In oak for 11 months. Resulting in a wine with heaps of Blackberry, Cranberries, White pepper spice with violet floral aromas. 

Charlotte Hardy (Charlotte Dalton Wines) is as humble as they come. She is forward-thinking, experimental, optimistic and an extremely talented winemaker. She has produced multi-award-winning wines including her 2017 Love me Love you Shiraz that picked up the trophy for Best Wine of Show, the trophy for Best Single Vineyard Wine of Show and the Best Shiraz of Show in the 2018 Adelaide Hills Saint Martin wine show.
