On the palate, it is flavorsome and lively, featuring the tastes of summer pudding, fresh cherries, and red currants, harmonizing with appealing tannins. A clean line of succulent acidity contributes to a refreshing and crisp finish. The Amator Nouveau sourced its fruit from Wirra Wirra's Scrubby Rise and Nocowie vineyards. A prioritised blend of 55/35/10% grenache/touriga/shiraz based on pecking order of importance.
