This wine presents a complex bouquet featuring aromas of stone fruits. Aged in high-quality French oak (10% new), it offers a well-textured profile with persistent flavors of white stone fruits, including white peach and pear, complemented by subtle hints of citrus and lemon blossom. It is a medium-to-full-bodied wine with a delicate and understated oak influence.

Simon Tolley, a 5th-generation grape grower, has overseen vineyards throughout South Australia, including Padthaway, Naracoorte, Clare, and McLaren Vale, as well as Margaret River in Western Australia. Now based in the Adelaide Hills, where he began in a technical role and later served as a contract services and regional manager, he also produces a range of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Syrah. His focus is on cultivating specific clones in his family estate vineyard in Woodside.
