After a tiny 100-liter batch was bottled in half bottles in 2021, there were no releases in 2022, making this the inaugural commercial release in 750ml bottles. The wine was whole-bunch pressed into an old puncheon for fermentation and then transferred to tank. It features delicate citrus aromas with hints of lemongrass and jasmine, leading to a palate that's lemony, chalky, and elegantly structured. It pairs beautifully with dishes like pan-fried whiting.
