Partnering with expert growers in the upper Derwent, Coal River, and Huon Valleys, Nav Singh, with experience from Australian and prestigious French chateaux, creates single-vineyard wines that capture the essence of Tasmanian terroir. Employing natural methods, such as lunar cycle harvesting, whole bunch wild fermentation, maturation in custom demi-muid oak and clay amphorae, basket pressing, and bottling unfined and unfiltered, the wines achieve perfect natural balance.
