The color is a vibrant ruby, displaying a moderate intensity typical of the grape variety. Aromas of fresh red summer berries, raspberry, and boysenberry are complemented by a savory undertone. On the palate, the wine exhibits plush, textured fruit and lively acidity, making it a perfect match for lighter dishes and as an aperitif.

The fruit was hand-picked and all bunches were destemmed before being placed into an open-top fermenter. Natural fermentation began after three days and finished three days later with gentle plunging twice daily. Afterward, the wine was transferred to a tank, where pressings were reintroduced for one day before being moved to French oak barriques that were at least one year old. The wine underwent malolactic fermentation during its 10 months in barrel.
