A dry style rosé showing fresh aromatics of red cherry, rose petal, citrus blossom and hints of bath salt minerality. The wine has a bright and crisp acidity with flavours cranberry, turkish delight, hints of citrus and finishes with a lingering savoury finish.

Hand-harvested 50-year-old bush vines from the hallowed turf of Blewitt Springs. The fruit pressed so gently that the colour is barely perceivable.
