This wine presents an enticing and complex aroma, showcasing secondary Pinot Noir characters. Notes of potpourri and baked shortbread are evident on both the nose and palate. Its savory character is elegantly balanced by firm phenolics, a rich texture, and a long, seamless palate.

Our Vintage Sparkling Rosé undergoes a meticulous process, starting with whole bunch pressing of the grapes, followed by wild fermentation and full malolactic fermentation. After tiraging in October 2013, it ages on lees for nine years with a low dosage of less than 4 grams. Crafted exclusively from 100% Pinot Noir grapes using the traditional method, this sparkling wine beautifully balances primary fruit flavors with autolysis characters developed during extended time on lees.
