The fruit for this wine is hand-picked and undergoes wild fermentation, with 25% whole bunches included. After fermentation, it is aged for nine months in French oak, with 25% being new barrels. The whole bunches and oak integrate seamlessly, allowing the quality fruit to take center stage. Vineyard – Owned and farmed by wife-and-husband duo Andrie and Mark Whisson.
