Lifted with cherries, blackberry and a perfumed floral note, it shows a smoky savouriness together with nettles and a forest floor earthiness. The palate has silky fruit with fine tannins and nutmeg spice. Drink now or cellar carefully for 5-10 years.

Candice and Frewin from CRFT purchased the Arranmore vineyard in 2016, converting it immediately to organic principles, before becoming certified organic in 2019.

This talented young pair are all about the vineyard, resulting in wines of purity, finesse and fine structure. Wild ferment, gentle hand-plunging, minimal new oak all help preserve the delicate beauty of this Pinot.
