This wine originates from Block 30, spanning 2.0 hectares and planted in 1946, situated adjacent to the High Sands block. Harvested by hand on March 24th and 25th, the grapes undergo meticulous berry sorting. They are then 100% destemmed, crushed, and transferred into 675-liter ceramic eggs for fermentation, remaining on the skins for 133 days. No pressings are employed in the winemaking process, and the wine matures exclusively in the ceramic eggs for a total of 13 months, without any oak involvement.
