Nick and Sarah make single vineyard, low-intervention wines with left of centre varieties and techniques. The wines are made with a light touch, avoiding fining and filtering.

Hand-picked from a single vineyard in Boyup Brook 150km west of Margaret River, the cool nights of this location bring bright acid and lifted aromatics to this Mediterranean grape.

We chilled the fruit to 5C overnight then gently whole bunch pressed to yield fine, cloudy juice. Fermentation was completed by wild yeast in tank then aged on fine lees for seven months, bottled without fining or filtering. Citrussy, tangy & textural.

"The back label states the fruit comes off a site at Boyup Brook in the Blackwood Valley, which is about 150km inland from Margaret River. This is a beauty. It’s all lemon blossom and sea spray, citrusy, tangy and juicy on the palate with talc-like acidity.
