In 2004, Cherubino and his wife Edwina—a fourth-generation West Australian—purchased a small parcel of land in Frankland River. A few years later, they expanded by acquiring a neighboring vineyard along with premium unplanted land. The first wine under the Cherubino label was released in 2005. The brand grew swiftly but thoughtfully, with Cherubino maintaining a strong focus on site quality, varietal suitability, and the health of the fruit.

Today, Cherubino oversees eight distinct ranges, encompassing both single-site wines and regional blends. While the label is a go-to for exceptional examples of Margaret River Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon, as well as Frankland River Riesling.

The fruits was handpicked and whole bunch pressed directly into 60% new french oak & 40% 1 year old french oak. Naturally fermented in barrel with only 10% go through full malolactic fermentation.
