• Wines Of Merrit Mourvedre 2022, Margaret River WA: Nick and Sarah make single vineyard, low-intervention wines with left of centre varieties and techniques. The wines are made with a light touch, avoiding fining and filtering. The 2022 Mourvedre is hand-picked over two days in late April 2022, whole bunch fermented, while the other was destemmed. Both batches were foot-trodden and allowed to ferment naturally with indigenous yeasts. The resulting wine was gently basket-pressed into a single seasoned French Hogshead, where it matured with care until bottling, unfiltered and unfined. It displays aromas of ripe black plum, smoked meats, violets, and black pepper. Only 400 Bottles Produced.

• Moorak Riesling 2024, Adelaide Hills SA: This new release Riesling clearly reflects the winemaker’s signature style, distinctive and far from conventional. It steers away from austerity, instead offering a generous expression of both variety and place. Sourced from the K1 Vineyard in the Adelaide Hills, it delivers vibrant fruit character, enhanced by time on lees and the added texture from full malolactic fermentation. It displays beautiful aromas of green apple, stone fruits, lemon, and hints of spices. 

• Thick as Thieves Pinot Gamay 2024, Yarra Valley VIC: In 2009 Syd Bradford started Thick as Thieves Wines in the Yarra Valley as a virtual operation, purchasing grapes and renting facilities. After years of hard work, he has now established a family wine business and vineyard. This is blend of 65% Pinot & 35% Gamay, fermented separately. Pinot from the home block (27 yo MV6 clone) and Gamay from Brooklands vineyard (Beaujolais clone) 100% whole bunch fermented, large format oak maturation. It displays aromas of ripe strawberry, orange peel, plum, beetroot and five spices.
