Crafted with sophistication, our Blanc de Blancs embodies the essence of excellence by selecting the finest Chardonnay parcels for this Vintage. Carefully hand-picked and whole bunch pressed, only the cuvée is utilized in the production process. The cool primary fermentation employs a blend of wild and cultured yeast. Seventy-two percent of the blend is gently transferred from the press to seasoned French oak puncheons and barriques, while the remaining twenty-eight percent undergoes partial malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks to enhance softness and character development.
