This wine has a vibrant appearance of bright, pale gold. Its intense aroma offers lively notes of stone fruit, citrus blossom, and a touch of brioche and lime zest. On the palate, it presents precise bubbles, a concentrated mousse, and lively citrus flavors, finishing with a crisp, flinty edge.

Chardonnay grapes are carefully chosen from a specific block, one of the oldest on the lower slopes of Klein Constantia. They're harvested early in the season in multiple batches to enhance complexity in terms of freshness, fruitiness, and intensity. These grapes undergo whole-bunch pressing, utilizing only the free-run juice, and are then fermented. After fermentation, the wine is aged in stainless steel tanks for 7 months. Subsequently, following blending, bottling, and secondary fermentation, the wine undergoes further aging for 33 months before disgorgement.
