Chardonnay with it all- flinty, a bit of oak and powerful fruit. 

The grapes are meticulously hand-harvested and sorted directly in the vineyard. Following this, they undergo fermentation in a combination of French and Slavonian barriques and puncheons for a period of three weeks. The wine is then aged on lees in French barriques and puncheons for eight months, followed by an additional eight weeks on fine lees in stainless steel tanks.
