In 2009 Syd Bradford started Thick as Thieves Wines in the Yarra Valley as a virtual operation, purchasing grapes and renting facilities. After years of hard work, he has now established a family wine business and vineyard. This is blend of 65% Pinot & 35% Gamay, fermented separately.

Pinot from the home block (27 yo MV6 clone) and Gamay from Brooklands vineyard (Beaujolais clone) 100% whole bunch fermented, large format oak maturation. It displays aromas of ripe strawberry, orange peel, plum, beetroot and five spices.
