This blend, comprising 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay, and 20% Pinot Meunier, is sourced from up to 60 different Crus to enhance complexity, with 50% reserve wines, many over 10 years old, adding richness. It presents with a creamy white mousse and pale gold hue, featuring a fine, persistent bead. Aromas of yeast lees, brioche, and toastiness lead to flavors of baked bread, almonds, and more brioche on the refined palate, culminating in a clean, dry finish with a creamy texture.
