Leeuwin Estate, a renowned family-owned winery in Western Australia's Margaret River region, was established in 1972 with mentorship from Napa Valley's Robert Mondavi. Denis and Tricia Horgan transformed their cattle farm into a premium vineyard, with the first commercial vintage released in 1979. The winery gained international acclaim in 1981 when its "Art Series" Chardonnay was highly recommended by Decanter Magazine following a global blind tasting.

The nose is bright, aromatic, and floral, with notes of chamomile, lemon myrtle, and ginger. A rich and concentrated mix of pear, lemon, and white nectarine. The palate is lively and well-balanced, display precision, focus, and finesse, featuring a delicately woven texture through the mid-palate.  Layers of fresh lime and pear. It’s light and mineral, defined by natural acidity, with intriguing notes of saline and wet stone.
