On the nose, it offers vibrant and juicy raspberry and red cherry aromas, complemented by floral top notes and underlying savory spice and earthy tones. The palate reveals generous layers of graceful red fruits, accompanied by plenty of savory earthy spice, and rounded off with juicy tannins.

This Grenache originates solely from the low-yielding ancestor vineyard, boasting vines over 150 years old in Eden Valley. Fermented in small, open-top fermenters, with a small proportion of whole bunches to enhance Grenache's savory qualities. The wine was then aged for 14 months in seasoned French oak hogsheads. Only 100 cases were produced.
