2021 George's Folly Pie In Sky Shiraz

Subtle aromas of vanilla and French oak, on the palate it's pepper, liquorice and spice - think warming nutmeg and cinnamon - voluptuous red fruits and a tiny splice of chocolate to finish! A lovely Shiraz to drink now, but this wine will cellar beautifully allowing the tannins to soften and to develop complexity.

2025 Forest Hill Vineyard Estate Malbec

Sourced from a single dry-grown site at Forest Hill Vineyard, this Malbec is rich, expressive and beautifully structured. Aromas of blueberry, mulberry, violets and bright floral spice are complemented by subtle notes of salted liquorice and baking spices. The palate is supple and generous, layered with opulent fruits of the forest and mixed berry flavours. Fine, powdery tannins provide structure and length, creating a wine of depth, balance and remarkable drinkability.

2024 Balnaves Cabernet Merlot

The 2024 Cabernet Merlot is comprised of 83% of Cabernet Sauvignon from old Paulownia Cabernet Sauvignon planted in 1973, 10% merlot from Avery merlot and 7% of Cabernet Franc, matured in 27% new French Oak. A nose of blackberry and blueberry fruit complemented by dark chocolate, leading into a complex palate of smooth tannins and cedar spice.
