While more approachable than recent vintages of Polish Hill, it remains tightly coiled in comparison to the Springvale.

The palate unfolds with an intense flavor profile of lime and citrus fruits, complemented by notes of orange rind and crunchy green apple, along with a touch of talc. Taut and infused with a steely mineral backbone, the mouth-watering acidity imparts a slightly chalky feel. The wine displays outstanding concentration, energy, and structure, culminating in an exceptionally long and focused finish.
