Today, Adrian is the proud custodian of the Hoffmann family vineyards, carrying forward a tradition that spans more than six generations. Today, Adrian manages 150 ha of vineyards and works with over 30 individual wine producers.

Adrian continues to pay tribute to the classic California style with four years in new Amercian Oak and an additional year in the bottle to ensure you get to savor a balanced wine on the palate. Small open ferment, cold soak, minimal intervention, short daily pump overs. 3.5 years in new American Oak and 12 months in bottle.
