This year's addition of Tinta Barocca introduces an extra layer of complexity, enhancing the delightful 'barely ripe' strawberry notes derived from the Sangiovese/Zibibbo fruit blend. The result is a Pet-Nat that showcases the desired savory character.

The final blend comprises 66% Tinta Barroca, 26% Sangiovese, and 8% Zibibbo, with all the fruit being organically certified. Hand-harvested and pressed together on February 16, 2022, the Sangiovese and Zibbibo components originate from the 919 Vineyard in Loxton, while the Tinta Barocca hails from Bassham Vineyard in Barmera, both situated in the Riverland.
