Drappier is focussed on minimal sulphur and dosage winemaking and is based in the town of Urville.

True to its name, this white Champagne is crafted solely from white grapes, predominantly Chardonnay. However, a distinctive touch of Pinot Blanc, known as "Blanc Vrai" in Champagne, is occasionally blended into the cuvée by Drappier House to enhance its complexity and roundness.

The nose reveals aromas of white peach, pear, and delicate floral notes such as peony. On the palate, it offers a mineral-driven Champagne, with subtle biscuity and creamy undertones, creating a supple and seductive experience.
