The Deviation Road sparkling wines, made using 100% pinot noir clone D2V5 grapes that are hand-picked and whole-bunch pressed, were disgorged in October 2019 with a dosage of 8 grams per liter. Being traditional method, they exhibit the palest salmon color. The wine displays excellent texture and a firm grip, with the dosage perfectly complementing its dry characteristics typical of a blanc de noirs.
