On the nose, the wine exudes powerful aromas of cherries, ironstone, dark chocolate, cedar, rose, and plum, filling the room with their sweetness. It is a truly remarkable wine, showcasing immense depth, length, and concentration. On the palate, Fine tannins embrace the front palate, while flavors of plum, salty plum, dark chocolate, cherry, cedar, rose, and sandalwood dance energetically, culminating in a long, juicy, and unctuous finish. The complexity of the wine is a testament to the 50 years since the vines were planted.

The grapes used for this wine were handpicked during five separate harvests, spanning from mid-March to the Super Moon Flower day, which occurred two weeks later. Among these harvests was one conducted during a Moon opposite Saturn fruit day. Following this, the wine underwent a 15-month aging process, utilizing a mixture of 50% new oak, including barriques, puncheons, and biodynamic barrels. The resulting blend consists predominantly of 91% Cabernet.
