The 2023 Chardonnay exhibits a pristine and vibrant character, featuring citrus blossom, stone fruits, a touch of melon, and subtle notes of flint and struck match, characteristic of our Chardonnays. The palate is exceptionally dynamic and intense, with a wonderful mineral backbone and a refined, yet tightly-knit finish.

This wine is entirely sourced from the Mendoza block of Chardonnay, planted in 2007. It underwent natural barrel fermentation with full solids in 500 and 600-liter French oak barrels, aging on lees for 11 months. The only addition to the wine is SO2.
