Loftia is famously crisp and zesty, the perfect aperitif style sparkling wine. The wine exhibits richness and roundness, with a supple texture that is balanced by vibrant acidity and fine, persistent bubbles for a refreshing sensation. Scents and flavors of vanilla cream, cinnamon, red apple, lemon-lime iceblock, and a hint of sea spray/minerality contribute to its complexity. Despite its generous flavors, the wine maintains a compact palate profile, showcasing a delicate yet complete expression.

This sparkling wine is a blend of 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir. It undergoes around three years of aging on lees and is dosed with approximately five grams per liter.
