Provenance wines seek to showcase the quality of the soils they draw from. The wine shows fresh clean fruit aromas of citrus rind and stone fruits with toasty, nutty notes. Despite the slightly more pronounced oak influence, it harmoniously accompanies the abundance of perfectly ripened fruit, notably white peach.

Sourced from the tightly planted Strathmore Vineyard in the Moorabool Valley, this wine undergoes hand-picking, whole-bunch pressing, and wild fermentation in French barriques (with 40% new oak). After maturing for 10 months on lees, a barrel selection process occurs. The vinification mirrors that of its Regional Selection counterparts, with the only notable difference being the new oak percentage, increased to 40%. This adjustment may be attributed to the ultra-close vineyard spacing of 1m x 1m.
